What is the dress code?

Please don your finest Cocktail Attire! Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will take place indoors. Given that we’re at Lake Tahoe, there may be a mixture of paved and rocky surfaces, so please plan accordingly. Ladies please note that our ceremony will be on grass, so choose your shoes with that in mind. We recommend men wear suits, and women dresses or skirts. Lake Tahoe can get chilly in the evenings, so please bring a shawl or scarf/wrap for when it gets dark!

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Our RSVP deadline is May 15th, 2022. Please hang tight to respond until you receive your formal invitation.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony is outdoors and our reception is indoors at the same location. 

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! The Hyatt offers plenty of on-site parking including Electric Vehicle charging.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony - we’ve hired an incredible professional photographer to capture our ceremony and we’d hate for your smiling faces to be blocked by a smartphone. We'll be happy to share our wedding photos on this website as well as on social media! 

When i arrive at the hyatt, will the ceremony be easy to find?

Yes! If you mention you’re there for the Moody Matrimony, the Hyatt staff will be happy to point you in the right direction. Please see a detailed map of the Hyatt below to familiarize yourself with the hotel and surroundings. Follow the Champagne flutes and wedding rings and you’ll find the celebration!
